Updates on my October goals:
- 4 servings of fruit/veggies per day - I made it all except one day
- 90 min of cardio per week - success!
- 90 min of strength training per week - success!
- 2 blog posts per week - success!
- Series 7 - I've been studying and taking chapter tests. I feel like I'm making progress most of the time, so yay!
- Inspiration - Never, never let others define you
- Parenting tips (what? It's interesting) - Protect your kids from cyber bullying
- Workout tips - Learn to love strength training
